Originally, we sought out Anchor Promotions to provide pricing on our items we hand out to new hires during training. These items include pens, water bottles, calendars, notebooks and stress balls; we have been handing them out for several years but decided to get other quotes as a cost savings measure. Anchor was not only able to deliver the exact item – both in quantity and quality at a significant cost savings and with a shorter turn time.
Late last summer, we decided to roll out an Employee Recognition program that consisted of providing all employees with a lanyard and name badge. As part of this program we also set up standards of excellence in the areas of performance, quality and attendance and created a different pin for each achievement. Unique pins were also created for our Sr. Employees and Mentors. Not only did Anchor order all of the items for us but they helped us with the initial design of each pin; ensuring that each was unique and stood out when worn on the lanyard. Our employees appreciate the recognition for their achievements and wear their lanyards like a badge of honor. So much so, that one of our clients has recently began working with Anchor Promotions to create their own Employee Recognition program mirroring the lanyards and pins we use.
